Shipping & Delivery
Every piece is made to order in our coastal studio. We pack each item with the same care we put into making it, then send it on its journey to you.
1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We keep our shipping rates simple and transparent:
🌊 Free Shipping Threshold
Orders of $59.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping worldwide.
For orders below $59.99, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied at checkout.
This flat rate helps us cover the cost of careful packaging and reliable international delivery, no matter where you live.
2. How We Work
StaruCraft is a small handmade studio. We don't keep a warehouse of ready-made stock — each piece is crafted to order by our team. This means your item is made specifically for you, with attention to every detail, but it also means we need a little time before it can ship.
🐚 Our Process
Day 1–3: We craft your piece in our studio, shape the materials, apply finishes, and let everything cure and set properly.
Day 4: We carefully pack your order with protective wrapping and eco-friendly materials.
Day 5+: Your package begins its journey to you via our international shipping partners.
3. Shipping Times
We ship worldwide from our studio. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs inspection upon arrival in your country. This is a standard procedure and is beyond our control.
🌊 What to Expect
Customs clearance: Most packages pass through customs within a few hours. However, in some cases — particularly during busy periods or random inspections — customs processing can take up to 7 additional days.
Import duties & taxes: We cover all import duties, VAT, and customs handling fees on standard shipping orders. You will not receive an unexpected bill from customs or the carrier.
Express Shipping & Expedited Services
If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping options. Please contact us at support@starucraft.com before placing your order to discuss express delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order status at any time by contacting us at support@starucraft.com.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with the first scan.
6. Delivery Issues
We want every order to arrive safely and on time. If something goes wrong, here's how we handle it:
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 14 days or more, or if the package is marked as lost by the carrier, we will open an investigation with the shipping partner. If the package cannot be located, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
- Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item, and email them to us at support@starucraft.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Unclaimed packages: If a package is held at a local post office or pickup point and is not claimed within the carrier's holding period (typically 7–14 days), it may be returned to us. In this case, we can reship the package for an additional shipping fee, or issue a partial refund minus the original shipping cost.
7. Shipping Address
Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address at checkout. Accurate delivery information helps us get your handmade piece to you without delay.
📍 Address Changes & Corrections
Before shipment: If you notice an error in your shipping address and your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at support@starucraft.com. We will do our best to update the address before your package leaves our studio.
After shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment, as we cannot absorb the cost of address errors.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there are a few exceptions due to shipping carrier limitations or import restrictions on natural materials:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes in some regions — a physical address is required.
- Certain oversized or fragile items may have restricted shipping destinations. If your location is not eligible for a specific item, this will be indicated at checkout.
- Due to customs regulations on natural materials (driftwood, shells, seagrass), some countries may have additional inspection requirements. We will notify you if this applies to your order.
9. Sustainability in Shipping
We believe the beauty of our products shouldn't come at the cost of the environment. That's why we use:
- Recyclable and biodegradable packaging — No plastic fillers or foam.
- Right-sized boxes — We choose packaging that fits your item to reduce waste and unnecessary shipping volume.
- Carbon-neutral shipping options — Where available, we partner with carriers that offer carbon offset programs.
